Must I set an e-mail cookie to use a training program?
Yes... and no. You do not have to set an e-mail cookie. However, when trainees take their test, they must enter an e-mail address or their scores will be lost. We have provided a screen for setting e-mail address cookies for each of the courses you want to offer. Go to the course Resource Menu screen, and select "E-Mail / Score Registration," then follow the directions. It's just that easy.

Can employees take their training using their personal computers at home?
Sure, no problem. Just be sure to give them the e-mail address to which you want the scores sent.

Must I set cookies for every machine used for training?
Yes.

Must I set a cookie for each course that I offer?
Yes.

In the Training Programs section, you remove the tool and status bars. Why?
First, to make more room for instructional content. And secondly, to deter employees from "playing" on the net.

But what if I want the tool and status bars?
No problem. Just go directly to:

What should an employee do if a screen fails to load and there is no tool bar?
Just right mouse click and select Back from the pop up menu. Then reload the screen.
