Methods of Course Delivery
All courses are delivered through distance education technologies.

Length of Program
The MHRD program includes 36 semester credit hours of course work. You are admitted in the Fall semester and are expected to complete the program in two years. MHRD Curriculum. Course Descriptions.

Technology Requirements
You need access to e-mail and the Internet and the ability to read a CD-ROM or DVD. You also need current versions of the operating system, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Since these courses involve sending and receiving large files of information, you will need a computer, web cam, microphone, and DSL or high-speed internet connection.

Program Cost
$495 per credit hour.

Achieving Success
To be successful, you will need to allocate sufficient time in your schedule to access course materials, participate in on-line classes and discussion groups, and to complete all assignments as described in the syllabus for each course. All testing will be conducted online. Because the MHRD is a rigorous program, with a highly selective and limited enrollment, you must be prepared to allocate six to eight hours a week for each of the courses you take. Those applicants accepted into the program are highly advised to have a mentor one or two levels above their current position in the organization to serve as an advisor and advocate.
